Group Sessions Across Aberdeenshire
We run a range of supportive, inclusive group sessions for children and young people across Aberdeenshire. Our groups are designed for children with a potential or confirmed diagnosis of ADHD, offering a relaxed, understanding environment where they can build confidence, make connections and enjoy time with others who understand their needs.
What our groups offer
Each group provides opportunities for young people to:
• Build friendships and social confidence
• Explore interests and try new activities
• Develop emotional regulation and problem solving skills
• Gain a sense of belonging within a supportive community
• Have fun in a space where they can be themselves
Sessions usually last 1.5 hours and include a mix of sensory activities, arts and crafts, games and free play, giving children the freedom to choose what feels right for them.
Our group sessions also provide an opportunity for parents and carers to meet and socialise in Aberdeenshire, helping to build supportive connections within the local community.
Where our groups run
Groups take place in a variety of locations across Aberdeenshire, depending on funding, resources and venue availability. This flexible approach helps us reach as many young people as possible.
